Agency Alternative

Enjoy a flexible schedule with no weekend or holiday commitments but premium pay.

If you’re an R.N. with at least one year of appropriate nursing experience in an acute-care facility in the past two years, you might want to consider the agency alternative program. We have positions available in the float pool at any of our three sites.

The salary is:

• $32.00/hour for day shift
• $37.00/hour for evening/nights when working in a patient assignment
• Base rate is paid for orientation, class time and conference time.

Work requirements:

• Minimum 40 hours per 4-week schedule
• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available
• Shifts do not need to be consistently 8- or 12-hour shifts
